Ceramic coating vs. a one-time detail: what is the difference?
A detail cleans the vehicle. A ceramic coating is a separate, shop-applied protection service with 3-, 5- and 8-year limited-warranty options. Many owners get a detail now and coat later; we help you choose based on the vehicle and your goals.

What a one-time detail does
A detail gets your car looking clean inside, outside or both. After that, the usual weather and road grime take over again until the next cleaning. Tiger Auto Spa offers interior, exterior and full detailing, including mobile detailing by request.
What a ceramic coating does
A ceramic coating is a protection package applied in our Broken Arrow shop. We start with a test spot, check each panel as we coat it so the coating crosslinks onto the paint correctly, and level it at the right time to avoid smearing and high spots.
What a coating does not do
Coating requires proper care and does not make paint scratch-proof. It is also not a substitute for paint correction: existing swirls are a reason to inspect the paint before coating.
Where each service happens
Ceramic coating and paint correction are shop-only at 805 S 9th St Building 103 in Broken Arrow so the environment can be controlled. Mobile detailing is a separate service where travel and availability are confirmed with the quote.
Common questions
Can you ceramic coat my car at my house?
No. Ceramic coating and paint correction are shop-only. Mobile detailing covers interior, exterior or full cleaning.
Is ceramic coating worth it versus a one-time detail?
It depends on your vehicle and goals. A detail cleans; a coating is a separate protection service with care requirements. We inspect the vehicle and explain what makes sense.
